My first time to Marrakesh. Frankincense burns near the pool, leaving a subtle fragrance that intermingles perfectly with the wafts of charring peppers.
Explore the mystical land of spices & souks
Morocco charmed me immediately. The food, the culture, the people – the weaving medina that felt so completely foreign to me.
I spent a few days wandering wide-eyed through the souks of Marrakech, besotted with the fragrances, lamps & spices.
After that, I journeyed on to Taghazout on the Pacific Coast of Morocco and onwards to Taroudant.
It was the most magical journey, and I’m already hatching endless schemes and plans to get back to Morocco for another visit.
